Intellectual property
By ticking this box, I assign to Fred Forest (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist") my intellectual property rights relating to the image of my foot and authorization relating to my personal data in accordance with the provisions set out below.
I freely assign to the Artist, on a non-exclusive basis and for non-commercial purposes, for the whole world and for the entire legal duration of the intellectual property rights provided for by French law, the right to reproduce and represent the image of my foot via all media, formats and technical processes, in particular digital and electronic, to carry out the following uses:
- Presentation in the context of exhibitions or cultural events.
- Non-commercial distribution in the context of the publication by the Artist of works intended in particular for distribution to the public.
- Use on the Artist's website and social media platforms (such as Flickr, Youtube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Vimeo, Slideshare, etc.) and in the context of communication operations organized by the Artist on the works of which he or she is the author.
It is understood that the Artist is only responsible for the uses he makes of the image of my foot and my personal data collected via this form. The personal data collected via this form is collected by the Artist. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is consent. Moderation
Internet users undertake to ensure that the content of their contributions complies with the laws and regulations in force, is not contrary to public order and morality, and does not infringe on the rights of individuals.
In this respect, the following are prohibited, without this list being exhaustive:

FRED FOREST ensures respect for the privacy of his interlocutors and makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information communicated to him.
This Policy provides information on the conditions under which FRED FOREST collects, processes, stores and deletes personal data in accordance with the new general data protection regulation (GDPR) which entered into force on May 25, 2018 within the European Union (EU).

Personal data corresponds to any information directly or indirectly identifying a natural person: first and last name, email, telephone number, etc.
FRED FOREST does not collect any unnecessary personal data. The data collected is processed in accordance with this policy and in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

FRED FOREST takes respect for privacy very seriously. We do not disclose, share or sell personal information unless required by law or regulation.

LONG BIOGRAPHY OF FRED FOREST
Fred Forest has a special place in contemporary art. Both by his personality and by his pioneering practices which mark his work. He is mainly known today for having used one by one most of the communication media that have appeared over the last fifty years. He is co-founder of three artistic movements: those of sociological art, the aesthetics of communication and ethics in art.
He represented France at the 12th São Paulo Biennale (Communication Prize) in 1973, at the 37th Venice Biennale in 1976 and at Documenta 6 in Kassel in 1977.
