PRIVACY POLICY RELATED TO "THE foot bank" CAMPAIGN

Intellectual property

By ticking this box, I assign to Fred Forest (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist") my intellectual property rights relating to the image of my foot and authorization relating to my personal data in accordance with the provisions set out below.

I freely assign to the Artist, on a non-exclusive basis and for non-commercial purposes, for the whole world and for the entire legal duration of the intellectual property rights provided for by French law, the right to reproduce and represent the image of my foot via all media, formats and technical processes, in particular digital and electronic,  to carry out the following uses:

• Presentation in the context of exhibitions or cultural events.
• Non-commercial distribution in the context of the publication by the Artist of works intended in particular for distribution to the public.
• Use on the Artist's website and social media platforms (such as Flickr, Youtube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Vimeo, Slideshare, etc.) and in the context of communication operations organized by the Artist on the works of which he or she is the author.

It is understood that the Artist is only responsible for the uses he makes of the image of my foot and my personal data collected via this form. The personal data collected via this form is collected by the Artist. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is consent. If, after contacting the Artist, you believe that your "Data Protection Freedoms" rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

Moderation

Internet users undertake to ensure that the content of their contributions complies with the laws and regulations in force, is not contrary to public order and morality, and does not infringe on the rights of individuals.

In this respect, the following are prohibited, without this list being exhaustive:

• Contributions of a violent nature,
• Contributions inciting violence or hatred,
• Contributions that incite discrimination,
• Contributions made in an abusive or rude manner,
• Contributions that infringe image rights and/or respect for privacy,
• Contributions that infringe the protection of personal data,
• Contributions for advertising purposes,
• Falsified or partial rebroadcasts that cause the account to endorse a false, erroneous or unexpressed opinion or statement.

 

PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY

FRED FOREST ensures respect for the privacy of his interlocutors and makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information communicated to him.

This Policy provides information on the conditions under which FRED FOREST collects, processes, stores and deletes personal data in accordance with the new general data protection regulation (GDPR) which entered into force on May 25, 2018 within the European Union (EU).

Personal data corresponds to any information directly or indirectly identifying a natural person: first and last name, email, telephone number, etc.

FRED FOREST does not collect any unnecessary personal data. The data collected is processed in accordance with this policy and in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

FRED FOREST takes respect for privacy very seriously. We do not disclose, share or sell personal information unless required by law or regulation.

We process the personal data collected for the following purposes:

We keep the processed personal data for the period strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which this data was collected.

DATA SECURITY AND INTEGRITY

FRED FOREST takes the necessary technical, physical and organizational measures to preserve the security of this data and prevent it from being distorted, damaged, made inaccessible or from unauthorized third parties having access to it.

FRED FOREST chooses subcontractors or service providers who provide a high level of guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of data meets the requirements of applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

If FRED FOREST notices an incident with an impact on personal data, FRED FOREST ensures, according to the framework imposed by the regulations, to notify it to the CNIL as soon as possible after becoming aware of it and to inform the people concerned.
